Help. Nose is completely congested and dry not allowing me to blow, or sneeze my nose.?

My sinus's have been under control with my homeopathic and accupuncture treatment until recently they became extremely congested and I don't know what to do. I before was allergic to my cat in my house and I got rid of it so theirs no source of pet dander to my knowledge in my house. I've been a chronic sinus sufferer for the past 3-4 years because of it. Someone please recommend what my next step is because I want to get my life back.
