How do you do this on guitar?

its a delay effect ...if you have a good mixer cost ranging from 1000 $ - 2000 $ then you can enjoy these delays.....even on the below scales ....for instance if you have settled down on a E note then you can even have a trilling or a delay effect from the C and D scales ....cheers Coldplay strawberry swings
