I am 25 weeks pregnant, and suddenly bleeding after , normal?

I just had with my fiance... and now there is a dot of blood in my PJ's... not a lot, but enough to flip out. Do I need to go to the hospital? Schedule a doctors apt for the morning... My fiance is just finishing up med school, and he says it happens all the time to pregnant women after , but I am still scared. What should I do? Has this ever happened to any of you?
