Do you have any tips about auditioning for the part of Judy in the Boy from Oz?

I'm auditioning for this part in a local theatre production. I'd love this role and if anyone can give me useful and helpful tips about recreating the character and capturing her spirit in the tiny amount of time an audition takes I'd really appreciate it.
