Exactly how will Wisconsin's deficit decrease if state workers are no longer allowed collective bargaining?

I've wondered that myself. Though I believe state workers should pay more for healthcare, etc. I don't think collective bargaining should be dissolved or many of us will be at the mercy of bosses who have agendas. I've been there, done that. It was the union that stopped her from actually getting rid of me though my life was a living hell for quite some time.
