Slovak speakers, what does this mean?

I know Neha can either mean love, rain, or eyes, depending on the root Sanskrit word, and it means 'sometimes' in Hungarian, but can a Slovak speaker tell me if it really means 'tenderness' in Slovak (or Czech, for that matter)? I think it does, but I have a Slovak friend who's never mentioned it to me, so I think perhaps it's pronounced slightly differently? Anybody?
