Would you recommend the atkins diet? Any sucess stories atall? Is it healthy? etc..?
No. It is common for people on low-carb diets to regain all the weight because they can't keep up with it. Just eat a natural diet of lean, naturally fed, free range, organic meat and seafood, eggs, nuts, fruit, and vegetables. I think nonfat milk is usually fine, but if you're allergic to it or hate it, just skip it. Eat 6-8 servings of fruit and 6-8 servings of vegetables. Try to have meat or seafood at at least one meal a day. Two meals is probably better though. Try having an egg or fruit bowl for breakfast. You'll feel full and satisfied, and you'll be very healthy.
